At present, these items are on back order and supplies are limited. Accordingly, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from the time you place your order. Prices shown do not include shipping, insurance, duties, or sales taxes (where applicable). All orders totaling less than $60.00 will be charged a flat $9.00 shipping & handling. For orders exceeding $60.00, an additional $4.00 will be added to your order to cover additional shipping weight. Only orders from the 48 contiguous states will be accepted online.
